PRE-PAID MEMBERSHIP PLAN
 

We offer a new approach to budgeting medical care that is affordable for businesses and families.  Unlike most private payment plans, we allow a monthly membership fee of $39 per month.  It enables people to come to any of our locations and get treatment for minor illness and injuries. The fee per visit will be based on severity and will be $25 and no more than $50.  We do charge additionally for outside labs, medications or equipment like crutches, braces and splints.  Better yet, employers can pay the monthly membership and the employee and their families can pay the $25 or $50 per visit fee.  All services we normally do in our urgent care centers are covered.  We are NOT an ER or family practice. So you will still need a regular provider for on-going conditions such as diabetes or hypertension.
